The future of education is online. This is not a new concept to many, however the educational system in many parts of the world has yet to catch up with it. The IADB in close cooperation with the Water Youth Network are leading this side event to discuss e-learning tools that are impacting the water.and sanitation sector for learning by watching (vídeo conference e-tools), learning by doing (mobile or web app - Gamification e-tools (i.e serious gaming/ Nikeh, GWC)), learning by interacting/sharing - Social e-learning (FB, TW, IG, lnfographics, online campaigns, etc) and learning by teaching (E-Courses, such as Moocs, Coursera, Udemy, Versai or Moodle).
